How to Request an Exchange
We offer exchanges on most items within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
To start an exchange request, please email us at admin@ineedmoneyforporsche.com and include your order number along with the reason for the exchange. If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. This means the product must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or signs of use. All original tags must remain attached, and the item should be sent back in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for an exchange.
Exchange Shipping Process
Once your exchange request is approved, please follow the instructions provided in our email. If a return label is issued, use it to send the item back through your local postal service. Return shipments typically take 5–10 business days to reach our processing facility. After the item arrives, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and approval. Once confirmed, your replacement item will be shipped.
Important Exchange Information
Shipping fees and any additional charges are non-refundable unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
Refund Policy
We do accept refund requests in cases where the product has a genuine defect or issue. To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a refund, please email us at admin@ineedmoneyforporsche.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue, along with supporting photos where possible. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. You will be responsible for sending the item back to us.
Refund Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the defect or issue is confirmed, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Items that do not meet the return conditions, or where no genuine fault is found upon inspection, will not be eligible for a refund.

International Exchange Policy
We do accept exchange requests for international orders. However, all return shipping costs, customs fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer. To begin an international exchange, contact us at admin@ineedmoneyforporsche.com. If approved, we will provide return instructions and an unpaid return label.
Missing or Incomplete Orders
If you believe your order arrived with missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Your email should include your order number, clear photos of the shipping box and label, and a brief explanation of the missing item. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows the order as delivered to the correct address, Need Money For Porsche is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Exchanges or replacements cannot be issued for orders marked as successfully delivered. If theft is suspected, please contact your local carrier or authorities. We can assist with supporting documentation if required.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. This includes updates to shipping addresses, payment details, or item selections. If your order was placed during a weekend or public holiday, you may contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to assist before fulfillment begins.
